Drawings are sandwiched between
two pieces of foam core board, poly bagged, and shipped between
two heavy
corrugated flats. You will be given the date, time, eta,
tracking number, and link to the USPS service to track your
order.

Tax: Texas
residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
Proofs: Proofs are provided for
drawings by e-mail. All orders are final
after proof approval.

Backlogs:
If there is a
backlog when you place your order you will
be told your numerical placement, and approximately when
your order will begin. A deposit may be required in the event of
a backlog.

2.
Submit an e-mailed order form
The
form is sent to you by e-mail and contains all the info we
need to create your drawing (and invitations, if required), and
ship your order. It's short and easy to complete. Upon our receiving your order form, you
will receive a price by return e-mail with a request for
payment.

3.
Make payment -
by mailed check or money order, or credit card through PayPal
- set up
PayPal here.
After receiving payment your drawing/order begins. It
takes about 3 working days to draw an 8 x 10 or 11 x 14
graphite
portrait of 1 person or pet. Larger sizes take
longer.
If
you are
setting up your PayPal account for the first time, please know that the
shipping address and name
on your credit card must match the
shipping address and name where goods are being shipped. If
these do
not match you could be asked to verify your address and
delays in shipping could occur.

4.
Proof approval - You
are provided a proof by e-mail. (All
sales are final after proof approval.)

5.
Shipment of
order - orders
ship the first working day after proof approval. Orders ship USPS INSURED,
3 day air (unless instructed otherwise), and return receipt
requested. Faster shipping is available.
The entire order process takes
on average about 10 days from the time we receive
your funds to the time you
receive your order assuming there
is no backlog and proofs are approved within 24
hours. Allow 3 extra days
if invitations are required and 2 extra days for
home/landscape drawings..
