A
drawing of a home/landscape is completed on white, acid free,
archival paper and since they are drawn from edge to edge on the
paper's surface, they contain a lot of detail. Home/landscape
drawings take more hours to create than portraits of people or
pets and are priced accordingly.

Pricing
largely depends on the number of subjects, complexity and size
of work to be done. All drawing fees above are based on one drawing rendered from one photograph. If
additional elements other than what are revealed in the approved
reference photograph are needed, the artist will need reference
photographs supplied by the client of those required added elements submitted at the time of photo
submission. Those additional elements must also be approved
by the artist. Please contact the artist to get the
exact quote for your project.
I retain the copyright on all completed work and may include
it in my portfolio.
Commercial
use of any of my work is prohibited, please contact me to
obtain permission.

Drawings
are sandwiched between two pieces of foam core board,
poly bagged, and shipped between two heavy corrugated flats.
You
will be given the date, time, eta, tracking number, and link to
the
USPS service to track your order.

Backlogs:
If there is a
backlog when you place your order you will
be told your numerical placement, and approximately when
your order will begin.
A deposit may be required in the event of
a backlog.

You will be notified at photo approval if there is a
backlog and given an approximate date when your
order processing begins. See backlog

2.
Submit an e-mailed order form -
This
form is sent to you by e-mail and contains all the info we
need to create your
drawing (and invitations, if required), and
ship your order. It's short and easy to complete.
|

3.
Payment -
Payment can be made by:
U.S. check or credit card through PayPal

Upon our receiving your order form, you
will receive a price by return e-mail with a request for a
50%
deposit. After receiving
your deposit your drawing/order begins. It
takes about 3 working days to draw
an 8 x 10 or 11 x 14 portrait of 1 person or pet. Larger sizes,
additional subjects, & landscape
drawings take longer. If
you are
setting up your PayPal account for the first time, please know that the
shipping address and name on your credit card must match the
shipping address and name where
goods are being shipped.

4.
Proof approval
- You
are provided a proof by e-mail to guarantee your
satisfaction. Drawings do not ship until you are
totally satisfied. Once the proof is approved, you
will be requested to pay the final 50% of the drawing
fee.
Upon receipt of the remaining balance, your drawing
ships to the address on the e-mail order form.
50% deposits are non-refundable.

5.
Shipment of
order - orders
ship the first working day after your proof approval. Orders ship USPS INSURED,
3 day air (unless instructed otherwise), and return receipt
requested. Faster shipping is available. You will
receive
all information necessary to track your order while in
route.
The entire order process takes
on average about 10 days from the time we receive
your funds to the time you
receive your order assuming there
is no backlog and proofs are approved within 24
hours. Allow 1 extra
processing day for every 50 invitations ordered, 2 extra days for
home/landscape drawings, and 1 extra day for
every additional portrait subject. Upon
shipment, all sales are final.
